Kemer sits where the Taurus mountains drop into the sea south of Antalya. The transfer runs 61 km and our median is right on the hour, but the honest number is a range: 58 minutes on a clear morning, up to 91 on an August afternoon. Almost all of that spread happens crossing Antalya; once the road climbs onto the cliffs, it flows.
The resort is longer than the name suggests. Beldibi and Goynuk come first, then Kemer centre with the marina, then Kiris and Camyuva, and finally Tekirova half an hour beyond. Each has its own hotels and some have their own price band, so book with the hotel name.
The town side is compact: marina, beach park and the Tuesday market are all walkable. Phaselis and the Olympos valley make easy half-day trips further south.
