Side sits 67 km east of Antalya Airport, and across 387 completed transfers the median run is 1 hour 6 minutes. The road is the D400 nearly the whole way, which keeps the time steady outside the late afternoon crush near Manavgat.
One thing worth knowing before you book: several distinct areas all trade under the Side name. The old town with the Temple of Apollo sits on the peninsula, Sorgun lines the beach just east of it, and Kumkoy, Evrenseki and Colakli stretch west along their own beach road. They are ten to fifteen minutes apart, so the hotel name matters more than the resort name.
Manavgat itself is the working town on the river inland, known for its Monday and Thursday market and the waterfall a few minutes north. Hotels there are rarer, but we drive it the same way.
The price is fixed at booking, the flight is tracked, and the driver waits in arrivals with a name board.
