How can I make a reservation through RideAndGoo?

Simply visit RideAndGoo’s website, fill in your transfer details, and complete your reservation. Once confirmed, all details will be sent to you via WhatsApp and email.

What information do I need to provide when booking?

Name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, transfer date and time, number of passengers, and any special requests (child seat, extra luggage, special equipment, etc.). Providing accurate and complete details ensures a smooth service.

How can I pay for my reservation?

You can choose between two payment options:

  • Pay in Vehicle or Online Payment: You can pay the full amount directly to the driver in cash during your transfer, or at any time using the online payment options available in your region. To see the available payment methods, proceed to the final step of your booking and continue to the Stripe payment page. There, you will see all active methods such as Google/Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Card, and 10+ additional local options depending on your country/region.
  • In certain reservations, RideAndGoo reserves the right to request a deposit or prepayment to confirm the booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
How can I cancel my reservation?

You can request a cancellation daily between 10:00 - 20:00 via our customer service or through our WhatsApp line at +90 242 277 1 666. Requests sent outside these hours will be processed based on the time of submission.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

Our cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer start time are fully refunded.
  • Full Coupon Refund: Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before the transfer start time will be refunded in full as a coupon (valid for 1 year).
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within the last 6 hours before the transfer start time will receive a coupon equal to 30% of the paid amount.
What is a No-Show and when does it apply?

"No-Show" applies when the user exceeds the maximum waiting time at the pickup location. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Special Requests and Extra Services
Can I request a child seat?

Yes, you can request a child seat during reservation. This service may be subject to an extra charge in some cases and will be provided in accordance with local regulations.

Can I request extra services for VIP transfers?

Yes, VIP transfers can include additional comfort options such as special beverages, Wi-Fi, and personal music preferences.

Shared Transfers
How does the shared transfer service work?

In shared transfers, you travel with other passengers on the same route. This is a cost-effective and practical option.

How are waiting times managed in shared transfers?

There may be short waiting times to pick up other passengers along the route. For airport shuttle transfers, this period may extend up to 90 minutes depending on flight schedules.

Can I carry large luggage or special equipment?

Each passenger is entitled to 1 standard suitcase. Extra luggage or special equipment must be declared during reservation. Undeclared items may require an additional vehicle, and related costs will be charged to the user.

Do you provide transfer services for passengers with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have suitable vehicle options available. Please specify this requirement during your reservation.

Should I provide information about my health condition or special needs?

Yes, it is important to provide this information during reservation to ensure a smooth and safe service.

Privacy and Security
Is my personal information safe?

RideAndGoo uses your personal data solely for the provision of services and does not share it with third parties.

Does RideAndGoo store my payment details?

No, all payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe, a globally recognized payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored.

Transfer and Insurance Conditions
Are vehicles and passengers insured during transfers?

Yes, all vehicles and passengers are covered by the insurance provided by our licensed suppliers.

Can I smoke in RideAndGoo vehicles?

No, smoking and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited in RideAndGoo partner vehicles.

Force Majeure
What happens if my transfer cannot take place due to force majeure?

Transfers may be delayed or canceled due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or strikes. In such cases, RideAndGoo cannot be held legally liable.
