How can I make a reservation through RideAndGoo?

You can easily make a reservation by visiting the RideAndGoo website, filling in your transfer details, and completing the payment process. Once your reservation is confirmed, your details will be sent to you via WhatsApp and email.

What information do I need to provide when making a reservation?

You will need to provide your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, transfer date and time, number of passengers, and any requests for child seats or special equipment. Providing complete information is essential for a smooth service.

How do I pay after making a reservation?

Payment can be made online via credit card or debit card. If you have chosen the "pay later" option, a 20% deposit is required no later than 1 day before the transfer begins. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
How can I cancel my reservation?

You can submit cancellation requests daily between 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM via our customer service or through WhatsApp at +90 242 277 1 666. Requests made outside of office hours will be processed according to the time of submission.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my reservation?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours before the transfer start time will receive a full refund.
  • Voucher Refund: Cancellations made 12-24 hours before will be refunded as a voucher valid for one year.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made in the last 12 hours will receive 30% of the payment as a voucher.
What is a No-Show and when does it apply?

A "No-Show" applies when the user exceeds the waiting time at the pickup location. No refund will be provided in this case. The maximum waiting time set for airport pickups is 45 minutes.

In VIP transfers, you can request various additional services for extra comfort. You can ask for drinks, Wi-Fi, tablets, and personal music selection in the vehicle.

In shared transfers, you share the vehicle with other passengers traveling on the same route. This service is a more economical and environmentally friendly alternative.

Waiting times in shared transfers are kept to a minimum. However, there may be brief waits to pick up other passengers along the route.
