Belek is where the golf courses are, and conveniently it is also the closest major resort to Antalya Airport. The run is 35 km east on the D400 and our median across more than 700 transfers is 41 minutes; eighty per cent land between 32 and 49. No route we measure in the region varies less.
The hotels stand well back from the highway at the end of long private drives through the courses, and several entrances look alike at speed. The hotel name at booking is what gets the driver to the right gate first time.
Golfers: say how many bags travel with you. Clubs for four plus suitcases usually means a minivan rather than a saloon, and telling us early costs nothing.
