For cancellations 24 hours or more before the transfer, you receive a 100% cash refund to your original payment method (3-5 business days). Within 24 hours there is no cash refund. With more than 6 hours to go, your full amount is kept as a free postponement valid for 12 months; between 2 and 6 hours before pickup, 30% of the amount paid online is returned as a coupon; in the last 2 hours no refund is given.
