Contact our AI assistant or WhatsApp support with your booking number to change the date, time, or route. Modifications are free up to 6 hours before the transfer; within the last 6 hours a 30% deduction applies. The free change right cannot be used to bypass the cancellation deduction.
For cancellations 24 hours or more before the transfer, you receive a 100% cash refund to your original payment method (3-5 business days). Between 12 and 24 hours, a 90% cash refund applies (10% deduction). Within the last 12 hours there is no refund — only a free change or hold (a 30% deduction applies within the last 6 hours). On the transfer day, driver details and contact number are sent via SMS and email. You can also track the driver's real-time location through the app.
