Two airports serve Alanya, and which one your flight lands at changes the day more than anything else you book. Gazipasa (GZP) sits 40 km east of town; our measured runs take about 45 minutes. Antalya (AYT) lies 127 km west, and across more than 700 completed transfers the median door-to-door time is just under two hours.
If your airline offers both, Gazipasa wins on the road with roughly an hour and a quarter saved in each direction. Antalya carries far more flights, so most guests still land there. The D400 coast road is straightforward, and the time holds steady outside the late afternoon peak.
Alanya itself stretches a long way along the shore. Cleopatra Beach and the castle peninsula mark the centre, Oba and Tosmur follow to the east, and Mahmutlar with Kargicak sits about fifteen minutes further out with its own price band. Give us the hotel name rather than just Alanya and the driver takes the right exit first time.
Every transfer is priced at booking and stays fixed. We track the flight and the driver waits inside arrivals with a name board, whatever the hour.
