There is no upfront fee or monthly fixed payment to join the AppRide partnership. All tools including the management panel, widget, WebRide, ChatRide AI and e-ticket system are included in your partnership package. Revenue sharing is only based on completed transfers.

We offer two models: Commission Partnership and Cost + Profit Margin. During the introductory meeting, the most suitable model is determined based on your existing customer base and expected booking volume.

WebRide is a professional ready-made transfer website system that runs with your brand and on your own domain. If you already have a website, you can easily embed the booking widget into your existing site with HTML code — both options are free.

Four main segments are offered: Shuttle (Mercedes Sprinter/VW Crafter, 6-16 passengers, per person pricing), VIP Comfort (Mercedes Vito/V-Class, 4-6 passengers, per vehicle), VIP Ultra Premium (Mercedes V-Class Maybach, 1-5 passengers, per vehicle) and Private Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter VIP/Midibus, 8-16 passengers, group pricing). Available vehicles may vary by region and selected model.

ChatRide is an AI-powered chat assistant that works 24/7 on WhatsApp, Web Chat and Email channels. Your customers can query prices in 20+ languages, create instant bookings, check their existing transfers and get answers to frequently asked questions through ChatRide. Powered by OpenAI, Anthropic and Google AI models, ChatRide can work on your own WhatsApp number and website or with RideAndGoo infrastructure — full automation and brand consistency is ensured in both cases.

You can track your earnings in real-time through the Partner Panel. Payments are made to your bank account weekly or monthly according to the agreement terms. All transfers and commissions are transparently reported.

Automatic WhatsApp notifications are sent to your customers at every step: booking confirmation, transfer day reminder, meet & greet and vehicle information, live status updates (vehicle departed, arrival time) and transfer completion notification. All notifications are sent on behalf of your brand.

Yes, we offer two communication channel options: Your Own Channels — you use your own WhatsApp Business number and email address, ChatRide AI and automatic notifications work on your own channels, your customers recognize you directly. RideAndGoo Channels — zero setup using RideAndGoo infrastructure, ChatRide AI included, start immediately. Full automation and brand consistency is ensured in both models.

After filling out the online application form, we request some company documents (tax registration, business license etc.) from you. After your documents are reviewed, an introductory meeting is scheduled. During the meeting, we evaluate your business model, target customer base and expectations together, then your account is activated.
