Important Information

Reservation Notification:

Once your transfer reservation is completed, all reservation details and your ticket will be automatically sent to your registered phone number via WhatsApp message and to your email address.

Unconditional Cancellation Guarantee:

All reservations are eligible for unconditional cancellation up to 12 hours before the transfer time.

Purchase, Payment, Cancellation, Refund and Postponement Terms

Cancellation and Change Requests: All cancellation and change requests can be made daily between 10:00 and 20:00 via phone or our other live communication channels. For requests made outside of working hours, the time of WhatsApp or email submission will be considered as the request time.

No-Show Condition: If the user exceeds the designated waiting period, they will be deemed a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.

Flight Delay Policy

Correct Flight Number

When the correct flight number is entered during booking, the driver will wait free of charge until your flight lands. No additional fees will be charged.

Missing/Incorrect Info

When flight number is not entered or entered incorrectly, the maximum waiting time is 60 minutes. If this time is exceeded, the transfer may be considered canceled.

Payment Options

Online Payment

You can make secure online payments via Stripe infrastructure using credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and local payment methods.

Cash Payment in Vehicle

Cash payment option is available on some routes. Cash payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the transfer. May not be available on all routes.

Best Price Guarantee

Found a Lower Price?

If you find a lower price for the same route, similar vehicle and features on the same or similar dates, you can apply with a screenshot to receive a refund of the difference or book at the lower price.

Application Requirements

Valid Reservation: You must have an active reservation through RideAndGoo to apply for the best price guarantee.
Screenshot: A screenshot of the competitor website clearly showing the price, route, date, time, number of passengers and vehicle type is required. The URL must be visible.
Timing: Application must be made within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before the transfer date.
Same Conditions: The compared service must include the same pickup/drop-off points, similar vehicle class, same passenger capacity and similar service features (luggage, waiting time, etc.).

Coupon, discount code or special campaign prices
Membership or loyalty program prices
Unlicensed or unregistered providers
Non-shared transfer comparisons

Offers with different insurance or service coverage
Offers containing additional fees not included in the price
Different currency or exchange rate fluctuations
Bulk purchase or corporate agreement prices

Evaluation and Approval Process

Verification: RideAndGoo reserves the right to independently verify the competitor price. The price must still be valid and available for booking at the time of application.

Evaluation Period: Applications are evaluated within 24-48 hours. For approved applications, a refund of the difference or booking at the new price option is offered.

Final Decision: RideAndGoo has the final authority to evaluate and approve/reject applications. Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Service Conditions and User Rights

Service Options

RideAndGoo offers Standard, VIP, Premium, Shared, and Intercity transfer options. Our services aim to safely, quickly, and comfortably transport users from the designated pickup address to the intended drop-off location.

Shared Transfers

In shared transfers, you will travel with other passengers on the same route. This service provides an economical transportation alternative.

Airport Shuttle Waiting

In shared airport shuttle transfers, depending on the arrival of other passengers flights, there may be a waiting time of up to 90 minutes. By booking this service, the user accepts this waiting time.

Special Requests

Any special requests, such as child seats, excess baggage, or private vehicle requirements, must be indicated during reservation. Child seat requirements may be subject to an additional fee.

User Responsibilities

Providing Accurate Information: The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in the transfer reservation form. RideAndGoo cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
Being Ready at Pickup: If the user is not ready at the designated pickup time and the waiting period is exceeded, the transfer may be canceled and no refund will be provided.
Luggage Rights: In Shuttle/Shared transfers, each passenger is entitled to 1 suitcase. In private transfers, luggage can be carried up to the vehicle capacity. Excess baggage or special equipment (bicycles, golf bags, skis, etc.) must be declared during reservation; otherwise, such requests may be refused or subject to an additional fee.

Welcome service with champagne, cake, flower bouquet, VIP sign and special decorations. A perfect start for your special occasions.

Personalized Service

Welcome sign with your name, honeymoon or proposal organizations. Contact us for all your special requests.

RideAndGoo Authorities and Disclaimer

Corporate Information

RideAndGoo is a brand of OneDayAction OÜ, incorporated in Estonia. Its headquarters are located in Estonia, and it operates fully online. RideAndGoo is a digital platform that facilitates reservations and payment processing between users and licensed, authorized transfer providers. It has no branches, offices, or physical presence outside Estonia.

Platform Role: RideAndGoo solely acts as an intermediary platform facilitating reservations and payments between users and licensed, authorized transfer providers. The actual transfer service is provided by the respective provider.
Supplier Cooperation: RideAndGoo ensures that all suppliers listed on the platform hold the legally required licenses and permits in their respective countries or regions and conducts regular compliance checks.
Disruptions and Cancellations: RideAndGoo cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by third-party suppliers, delays in transportation, adverse weather conditions, or traffic-related issues. Any additional costs arising from such external circumstances are the responsibility of the user.

Privacy Policy

Confidentiality of User Information: Users are responsible for safeguarding their username and password when registering with RideAndGoo. This information must not be shared with third parties. RideAndGoo collects and stores user data solely for the purpose of providing its services.

Personal Data Protection: User personal data is collected only for the provision of services and will not be shared with third parties. The user is responsible for taking necessary precautions to protect their personal data.

Transfer Assurance and Insurance Terms

Insurance Responsibility: During transfers, vehicle insurance, passenger seat insurance, and all legally required liability insurance are the responsibility of the provider. Users are responsible for ensuring their luggage is properly loaded and collected from the vehicle.

Smoking and Tobacco Products: The use of cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited in RideAndGoo vehicles.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction Agreement: This agreement is governed by Estonian law. The user agrees to abide by Estonian law in any disputes with RideAndGoo. Tallinn Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal disputes.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved under the Arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration in Stockholm. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances, RideAndGoo shall not be held liable for refunding transfer fees. Force majeure events include weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or strikes that are unforeseeable and unavoidable.

Additional Provisions and Reference to OneDayAction OÜ Master Agreement

Related Agreement: This agreement applies specifically to reservations made through RideAndGoo. However, as RideAndGoo operates under the umbrella of OneDayAction OÜ, the general corporate provisions are also defined in the OneDayAction OÜ Master Reservation and Service Agreement.

Precedence: The brand-specific policies of RideAndGoo regarding reservations, cancellations, refunds, and services shall take precedence. For any matters not expressly regulated herein or where gaps exist, the provisions of the OneDayAction OÜ Master Agreement shall apply.
