The route runs east along the D400 coast road for its whole length. It leaves the airport on the ring road, passes the Belek and Side turnoffs, then narrows through Manavgat before opening out for the final stretch into Alanya.
The spread in our own numbers tells you where the time goes. The quickest transfers we have driven finished well under two hours; the slowest took closer to three. Almost all of that difference comes from two things: where in Alanya you are staying, since the strip runs for kilometres from the western hotels through the centre to Mahmutlar, and how heavy the Manavgat stretch is at that hour.
For most guests this is a single leg with no stops. If you want a break, the usual place is a service area shortly after Side, roughly halfway. Tell the driver at pickup rather than en route, so the timing can absorb it.
